Step by Step Guide to using the Arrow Webservices Design Process:

1. Contact us using our email or fax addresses providing requirement details and we will ring back within 24 hours to provide a quotation.  Or simply call for a free consultation to discuss your particular requirements. For a simple price guide visit our price list page

2.  We provide an initial consultation service to help you:
- Decide what you want to achieve by having a Website (business or personal).
- Decide if you need a Database to store User information (profiles and login) and Product Information (catalogue).
- Decide how many pages are required for your Website.
- Decide on Hosting Needs (What Hosting packages - email, FTP, Secure Server etc).
- Decide on domain name and web space needs.
- Hosting packages, domain name and web space costs are competitively priced.

3.  We provide a detailed consultation service to expand on the service provided above.  This will help you decide on:
- Timescales for production and launch of the site.
- Site content (company information, literature and other material).
- Graphics (logos).
- Post production needs like maintenance and regular updates.
- Search Engine optimisation needs (listings in search engines like Google).

4.  Following consultation we will build the first version of the Website to show you:
- The look and feel of the site (site theme).
- Page navigation and site ordering (site map).
- Content arrangement and layout.

5.  At this stage you can ask for and suggest changes to the Website.  Acceptance of the draft Website will form the basis of a contract with Arrow Webservices Limited.  See our Terms and Conditions for more information.

6.  Once the Website is completed we will submit it to you for a formal client acceptance test to check for errors in:
- Content arrangement and layout.
- Textual errors.
- Navigation.
- Links.
We will assist in this process.  At this stage further changes can be suggested and implemented.

7.  Once the client acceptance test process is complete and signed-off we will prepare the site for launch.  This will incorporate:
- Site upload.
- Search engine optimisation by submitting your site to search engines.
- Other activities depending on Web package chosen (set up email, ftp etc)
